Free? What's the catch?
No catch. freefroot is simply a fun way for you to discover, try out and experience different products, without any obligations.

How do I enter the giveaway?
Login to your account (you must be registered), click Enter Giveaway and enter your response to the challenge within the empty text field beneath the article, then click on “submit your entry”.

When do you draw the winners?
The winners will typically be chosen within 48 hours after the promotions expire.

Does everyone get the free giveaway?
Some products will be limited in their numbers and other giveaways will be larger in quantity. Most of the time we will try to post the quantities available, but freefroot and its partnering brands do not guarantee supplies.

What happens when I click the Buy Now button?
When you click the Buy Now button, you are requesting additional information such as an exclusive offer, a promotional code, a website URL, or a charity selection to help you make your purchase.

Why do you have a countdown?
The countdown lets you know how much time is left to submit your entry to the giveaway challenge, and it also marks the end of any exclusive freefroot offers associated with that promotion.

Why should I register?
Registering allows you to enter the giveaways and to receive exclusive freefroot offers, as well as posting your own freefroot wishes + requests in frootopia. You may also receive freefroot e-newsletters and mobile text alerts notifying you of all new and upcoming posts, as well as being the first to know of any surprise, limited time offers.

If I subscribe will I receive spam and annoying junk mail?
A resounding NO! We hate spam too and would never abuse, offend or otherwise take advantage of your information.

I'd like to partner with freefroot on a promotion; how do I get started?
Submitting your product promotion is simple and completely free. If you would like assistance in creating a unique promotional event, contact us on partner@freefroot.com and we'll help you get started.

I'd like to host a physical event; is this possible?
A physical, or, “real world” freefroot promotional event is just as easy and exciting as an online event, but perhaps more fun as they are often time-sensitive, guerilla-style promotions.

After I submit a giveaway event, how long until it is posted?
Once we have received your submission we will endeavor to post your event within 12 hours after approval.

I've got an old table I'm throwing out; can I post it as a giveaway?
Not unless you are an antiques or collectibles dealer. freefroot only promotes products and services from legitimate businesses.

Why does freefroot exist?
freefroot is all about the promotion of good design. We firmly believe that design is about giving, in the same way that creative inspiration is about freely taking. That's why we created a fun and engaging outlet for brands and designers - both established and emerging - to inspire a worldwide audience.

Where can I donate money to your featured charities?
freefroot facilitates donations and pledges to the featured charities from the purchases made only through promotions with our partnering brands. If you would like to make a direct donation then we urge you to contact the intended charity by following the links to their websites.
