Freefroot.com is a Website dedicated to the listing of promotional giveaways, giveaway events for products and services offered by third party sponsors (“Sponsors?). HYM does its utmost to ensure the accuracy of the details for each listed event and/or promotion. However, HYM is not responsible for any changes made by Sponsors to such details, whether they constitute changes made to a giveaway item, date, time, location, or any other aspect of an event advertised by the Sponsors or hosts of the free giveaway events.
1. Agreement. This Agreement (the ''Agreement'') specifies the Terms and Conditions for access to and use of Freefroot.com and describes the terms and conditions applicable to your access of and use of this Site. This Agreement may be modified at any time by HYM Opera Inc. (“HYM"), the operators of Freefroot.com, upon posting of a modified agreement. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately. Each use by you of this Site shall constitute and be deemed your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

3. Event Listings. At its sole discretion, Freefroot.com or HYM may terminate any listing of an event at any time. In the event of such termination, Sponsors may elect not to hold any giveaways or events related to a terminated event. Final admission to any event is always left to the discretion of the Sponsors.
4. Third Party Content. Freefroot.com and the content available on the Site may contain features and functionalities that may link you or provide you with access to third party content which is completely independent of Freefroot.com. Your interaction with organizations and/or individuals found through the Site are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these third parties.
You agree that Freefroot.com and HYM shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between users of the Site and any third party, you understand and agree that Freefroot.com and HYM are under no obligation to become involved.

6. Trademarks. Freefroot, Freefroot.com, and others are either trademarks or registered trademarks of HYM. Other product and company names mentioned on this Site may be trademarks of their respective owners and/or Sponsors.
7. Site Use. HYM grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use this Site solely for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works, or other use. You agree not to copy materials on the Site, reverse engineer or break into the Site, or use materials, products or services in violation of any law. The use of this Website is at the discretion of HYM, and HYM may terminate your use of this Site at any time.
