Fusionwood Petty Knife
Time Remaining:

The Fusionwood collection of knives from New West KnifeWorks is created from select hardwood veneers that are highly engineered and precisely crafted into a stunning, super-durable handle of multiple layers with colored stains that will both enthrall you and last many lifetimes.

If simplicity is your thing, the classic Petty Fusionwood knife summarily replaces an artillery of blades as a peeling, paring, boning and carving knife for vegetables, fruits herbs and other delicate work. Belying its petite frame, this powerhouse of a Japanese carbon blade also takes on the work of a large chef knife. It is a gift that truly keeps on giving as you'll find yourself inspired to cook at home much more often than ordering in or eating out.

All New West KnifeWorks knives are designed by founder, Corey Milligan in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and realized in Seki, Japan with blades that are wrought by the Fukimoto family. The fine craftsmen of Seki have been making Samurai swords for over 700 years and they bring this tradition to making the finest cutlery in the world. Each piece comes with its own handsomely crafted and embossed leather sheath.

One winner will receive their own Fusionwood Petty knife.
