One Giveaway prize per customer per month. Random Drawing, except where stated, subject to specific Giveaway rules. Subject to freefroot Terms and Conditions.

Winner(s) wins the right to have the item(s) shipped to an address in the United States. By participating, each participant and winner(s) waives any and all claims of liability against freefroot, the Company, its employees and agents, the Contest's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Giveaway, or from the use of any prize.

If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Giveaway, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold the Sponsor harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Giveaway and/or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize(s) including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damages and any claims by third parties or otherwise based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
